Plot summary
The Night is the story of director Stefan Strandberg's own childhood, growing up with an alcoholic mother. The narrative is told through the eyes of an 11-year-old boy and is a combination of animation and 8 mm film, filmed by Stefan's father. The story builds up to the night when everything changes, the night when Stefan's dreams come true.
