After 8 years of art directing, Björne Larson began his cinematic career by directing commercials, videos, and shorts. Including the Grand Prix-winning short To Kill a Child (2003), based on the acclaimed novella by Stig Dagerman. The American independent film Kill Your Darlings was a personal big-screen debut in 2006 and Björne Larson's first feature as writer and director. The Fur, based on Hjalmar Söderberg’s popular short story from 1897, is Björne’s latest short film project, with international premiere in 2008/09.
